The AuthoritySignal Real Estate AI Visibility Index is a public framework for describing how clearly a real estate professional can be recognized, cited, and considered for recommendation in AI-driven discovery. It is not a ranking, a guarantee, or a published market benchmark.
It separates recommendation visibility, citation and source visibility, entity recognition, and competitive visibility so an observed provider result is not confused with a readiness signal or an unknown result.
The framework preserves the difference between directly observed provider behavior, inferred readiness signals, and unavailable evidence. Stable consumer-intent questions, provider, and observation time should be retained where comparison over time is appropriate.
A failed, blocked, or unavailable observation remains unknown rather than becoming a negative result. Competitive alternatives are described only when they were actually surfaced in supporting evidence.
AI systems can vary by provider, query phrasing, location, time, retrieval sources, and changes to underlying models. An observation from one provider is not evidence of what another provider would say, and clearer public sources do not guarantee a recommendation or citation.
No initial market-wide Index benchmark is published here. AuthoritySignal will identify a defensibly published methodology, cohort, period, and limitations before presenting aggregate results.
