The AI Visibility, Authority & Growth Intelligence Platform for Real Estate
AuthoritySignal measures how AI systems understand and surface a professional or organization, diagnoses the evidence and competitive authority environment behind those observations, and connects supportable improvements to content, digital authority surfaces, opportunity capture, and longitudinal verification.
Core organizational intelligence follows Professional → Office → Region. Team and enterprise workspaces are separate configured views, not a claim of true team-level scoring or a national hierarchy.
A live real-estate authority intelligence platform.
RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan has completed a full regional rollout and implementation of AuthoritySignal AI across the regional organization. This regional implementation is with RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan and does not represent or imply national adoption or endorsement by RE/MAX LLC.
Evidence-gated conclusions: insufficient evidence remains unknown rather than becoming false certainty. Identity and NAP consistency—name, phone, brokerage, address, and website—are distinguished from independently corroborated evidence.
The public operating model is Measure → Diagnose → Improve → Publish → Convert → Verify. The evidence-specific loop remains Observe → Understand → Diagnose → Improve → Verify; completing one action does not prove it caused a later provider recommendation.
Core live visibility coverage currently includes OpenAI / ChatGPT, Perplexity, Anthropic / Claude, and Google Gemini. Provider observations are bounded by provider, query, market, and time.
Competitive Intelligence is live in production across professional, office, and regional views where corresponding observations exist. It preserves provider-, intent-, geography-, and time-qualified counts and denominators, observed competitors, competitive losses, source associations, and comparable trends when sufficient history exists; these are descriptive observations, not causal claims.
Competitive Authority Comparison is live in production where sufficient comparable evidence exists. It compares observable evidence differences across authority dimensions and may identify a Biggest Supported Competitive Authority Gap while preserving provenance, confidence, unknown, ambiguous, unresolved, and insufficient-evidence states. It is not predictive or causal and does not guarantee an AI recommendation.
Listing and Property Intelligence covers listing readiness, property and listing information gaps, opportunity analysis, local and property discovery, consumer-intent relevance, and related lead opportunities. Listing visibility results require sufficient live-search-grounded evidence.
Enterprise pillars: AI Visibility & Competitive Intelligence; Authority & Evidence Intelligence; Enterprise Growth Intelligence; Digital Authority, Discovery & Lead Infrastructure. Live/proven capabilities and controlled beta or enterprise-pilot capabilities are labeled separately where deployed.
Live/proven capabilities include multi-provider visibility, Authority Hub and Public Authority Profiles, recruiting intelligence and reporting, Campaign Center content activation, Property Strategy Reports, controlled listing observations, and hosted property inquiry capture. Configured websites, hubs, IDX/MLS/RETS experiences, and broader recruiting or consumer lead routing are controlled beta or enterprise-pilot capabilities where deployed.
Authority Refresh / AI Discovery Refresh is available through the enterprise platform as a managed workflow where configured; broader self-serve automation remains subject to product availability. AuthoritySignal does not control independent crawlers or AI systems, force a recrawl, guarantee a refresh or recommendation, or fabricate customer-facing status events.
The current flagship research publication contains 1,440 analytical observations across three rounds, 15 professionals, five U.S. markets, four providers, and eight query families.
